For any live trainings where class material from the Online Learning Center is shared in its entirety, all audience members must also register as a user on the Website.

   This Website provides information on suicide prevention. Some of the courses offer clinical advice on working with individuals who may be at risk for suicide. The content of these training materials should be considered as consultative only and not serve as a formal standard that directs your care of suicidal individuals. This Website is designed to expose you to these best practices; however, formal training with supervision is necessary to become proficient and expert in any of these interventions or techniques.
7. Limitation of liability
   In no event shall Prevent Suicide PA, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract.
8. Indemnification
   You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Prevent Suicide PA from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
